Morristown, N.J. - Junior lacrosse player Kiana Cunningham has been named to the North Eastern Athletic Conference All-Conference Third Team on defense.

Cunningham had a stellar year for the Eagles on defense, finishing the season with a team high 45 ground balls, 20 caused turnovers and seven goals. The 45 ground balls ranked 13th in the conference while 20 caused turnovers ranked 17th in the NEAC.

Head Coach Erin Fitzgerald was thrilled Cunningham was recognized for her outstanding season. "Kiana has a notable presence on the field and makes good decisions for us. If you go up against her one on one, she is tough to beat. She is an all-around player for us who is balanced offensively and defensively and proved tht by contributing on both ends of the field for us."
