Morristown, N.J. – The College of Saint Elizabeth's lacrosse team (1-10, 0-5 NEAC) was defeated by the United States Merchant Marine Academy on Military Appreciation Day, 19-3 on Monday afternoon.

After USMMA scored the first four goals of the game, Ashley Morera netted her eighth goal of the season to get the Eagles within three. Later in the half, Morera added her second goal of the game. The USMMA took a 13-2 lead into the halftime break.

In the second half, Riley Hosey scored her first goal of the game at the 16 minute mark, slicing the deficit to 10. The Eagles were unable to add any more goals, dropping the contest to the Mariners, 19-3.
