Reading, P.A.- The College of Saint Elizabeth's basketball team returns to action Thursday night when they travel to Penn State Berks to take on the Nittany Lions.
The Eagles (3-3, 2-0 NEAC), will be playing their first game in almost a month after a long layoff due to winter break. The Eagles lost their previous game on December 14th to Old Westbury 87-72. CSE will be looking to extend their perfect 2-0 mark in conference play.

Ashley Pledger is leading the way so far this year for the Eagles, averaging 17.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.
Sharolin Sanders has really given the Eagles a spark when needed this year, averaging 13.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. CSE will also be looking to get contributions from transfer
Ashley Morera who will be eligible to play in her first game on Thursday.
Penn State Berks (0-6, 0-3 NEAC) is off to a rough beginning to the season, dropping their first 6 contests. The Nittany Lions dropped their 3 NEAC contests to Lancaster Bible, Penn State Abington, and Penn College. If the Eagles want to remain unbeaten in the NEAC, they must control the Nittany Lions leading scorer Shannelle Koch, who is averaging 20.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. Berks most recently dropped a contest to Penn College of December 12th, 84-57.
The game will be played at the Beaver Community Center on the Campus of Penn State Berks in Reading, Pennsylvania, at 7 pm.
