Morristown, N.J. – October 21, 2025 — The Saint Elizabeth University women's volleyball team delivered a dominant performance on Tuesday night, sweeping visiting Yeshiva University in straight sets (25-3, 25-14, 25-9) at St. Joseph's Hall.
Saint Elizabeth wasted no time establishing control, opening the first set on a commanding 13-0 run behind the serving of Victoria Compton (4 aces, 16 assists) and the offensive firepower of Dadlyna Louis, who posted a team-high 8 kills and 4 blocks. The Eagles' attack efficiency (.300 overall) and aggressive serving (13 total aces) kept Yeshiva on their heels throughout the match.
Marissa Heimbaugh turned in a standout all-around performance, tallying 7 kills, 5 digs, and 3 aces, while Sienna Volpe added 7 kills and 8 digs. Freshman setter Ericka Menaling Trajano contributed 6 assists and 2 service aces off the bench, helping fuel a balanced offensive effort.
Defensively, Saint Elizabeth limited Yeshiva to just four total kills and a -.284 hitting percentage, with Sophie Galchus and Marissa Jean Baptiste anchoring the front line with multiple blocks apiece. The Eagles recorded 8 total team blocks on the night.
