The Saint Elizabeth University Men's Volleyball team played this Saturday in an intense non-conference match against the Beavers of CCNY. The Eagles split the first two sets with the Beavers and then pulled away to win claiming the next two. With the win, the Eagles move up to 2-8 while the Beavers drop to 3-2 on the season.
Kodi Peters led the Eagles offense with 14 kills and added 6 service aces and 9 digs.
Eusebio Veras registered 6 kills, 7 digs, 2 blocks, and 2 aces.
Diego Rondon dished out 36 assists along with 7 digs, and 5 kills.
Jerry Chablay chipped in with 17 digs.
Brad Mahoney ended with 10 digs and
Sam Lugo had 5 kills.
The Eagles will play next on the road in a Tri-Match at King's College (PA) on February 25th. Match time is scheduled for 2pm against King's College followed by a 4pm match against Yeshiva University.
