The Saint Elizabeth University Women's Basketball team traveled to Rosemont College for a final tune up before the United East Conference Tournament. The Eagles would build a size-able lead in the first quarter and never look back on the way to a 99-39 victory. The Eagles finish the regular season with a 15-3 record in conference play. Rosemont finishes it's season with a 2-16 conference record.
Destiny Battle narrowly missed recording a triple-double with 36 points, 11 steals, and 9 rebounds.
Yasminah White scored 17 points to go along with 4 assists, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Mya Davis added 10 points and 3 rebounds.
Julia Stewart and
Aryanna Baytops each chipped in with 8 points each.
Laila Kendle and
Paige Neal were both active on the boards registering 10 rebounds and 7 rebounds respectively.
The Eagles will now look forward to hosting a United East playoff game on Monday February 19. They will play the winner of the 3 vs 6 matchup and host the game at Saint Joseph Hall.
