The Saint Elizabeth Women's Basketball team traveled to Langhorne, PA to take on conference foe Cairn University. The Eagles led at halftime but would go cold shooting the ball as the Highlanders came back to win 78-68. This marks only the third conference loss for the Eagles who remain in second place at 14-3. The Highlanders improve to 9-7 in United East conference play.


Yasminah White led the Eagles with 19 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals. Destiny Battle finished with 16 points, 7 assists, 6 steals, and 5 rebounds. Mya Davis was hot from the three point line making 4 and finishing with 15 points. Aryanna Baytops contributed 7 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals.


The Eagles will finish out the regular season on the road against Rosemont College on February 14. Tip-off time is scheduled for 8pm after the men's game.
