The Saint Elizabeth University Men's Volleyball team competed hard Tuesday night in a home match against Widener University. Despite some promising performances from the Eagles, the Pride was able to win the match in a 3-0 decision. The Eagles drop to a 1-4 record on the season while the Pride improve to 2-1.


Kodi Peters registered 7 kills to go along with 6 digs and 2 assists on the night. Kennedy Ibezim added 6 kills and 1 block. United East Skye Division Offensive Player of the Week Eusebio Veras contributed 3 kills. Eddy Pena finished with 3 kills and 4 digs.


The next match for the Eagles will take place next week on Tuesday February 6th. Saint Elizabeth University will take on the Bloodhounds of John Jay College at 7pm at Saint Joseph Hall.
