The Saint Elizabeth Men's Basketball team was on the road Saturday to take on Notre Dame of Maryland University in a United East Skye Division contest. The Eagles jumped out to an early 11-0 lead and never looked back as they shot well from the field the entire night. With the win, the Eagles move up into second place and boast a conference record of 9-3. The Gators drop to 2-8 in conference play.

The Eagles were dominant in multiple aspects of the game. They outscored the Gators in paint points, fast break points, and bench points. The Eagles shot a blistering 73% from the field in the first half and finished the game shooting 62% overall. The three-point shot was also falling as the Eagles shot 7 for 15 for the game from behind the arc. Eleven different Eagles scored on their way to victory.

Tye-Rell Monroe was the high-point man finishing with 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Cam'Ron Martel scored a career-high 19 points off the bench to go along with 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
Tyrese Conover and
Nate Thompson each contributed 10 points on the night.
Jonathan Ramos and
D'Angelo Blackmond chipped in 9 points and 8 points respectively.

The Eagles will be back at home on Monday in a non-conference matchup against the Cannoneers of Pratt Institute. Tip-off is scheduled for 7pm at Saint Joseph Hall.
