The Saint Elizabeth Men's Basketball team looked to get revenge on Thursday night against the Highlanders of Cairn University. In a previous match-up this month, the Highlanders got the best of the Eagles in a 90-75 decision. This time, the Eagles would use their fast-paced offense and stifling defense to get the best of the Highlanders. With the win, Saint Elizabeth University now sits at 8-3 in conference play while the Highlanders fall to 5-5 in conference play.

This year, the junior has already scored 343 points and is averaging 18.1 points per game.
Monroe led the Eagles in scoring tonight with 22 points and added 10 rebounds.
