Bryn Athyn, Pa. – Senior forward 
Shaquan Mickens (Newark, N.J./University) scored a career-high 16 points, but the College of Saint Elizabeth men's basketball team came up short, 75-67, at Bryn Athyn on Saturday evening.
 
The Eagles (11-10, 5-6 CSAC) trailed Bryn Athyn (4-18, 3-8 CSAC) by as many as 11 in the first half, but cut the lead back to just one after senior center 
Roland Romano (Dumont, N.J./Dumont) made it 64-63 with 3:16 remaining in the game. However, Saint Elizabeth got cold from the field the next few possessions, and Bryn Athyn capitalized by closing the game on an 11-4 run.
 
Senior guard 
Jason Saldiveri (New Brunswick, N.J./South Brunswick) totaled 14 points, six rebounds and seven assists. Romano finished with eight points on 4-of-4 shooting, while senior guard 
Cam Tucker (Columbus, N.J./Northern Burlington) added nine points, four assists and two steals.
 
Bryn Athyn shot 56.3 percent (27-for-48) from the field, and Saint Elizabeth shot 35.9 percent (23-for-64).
 
The Eagles have a quick turnaround and will play at Centenary on Monday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m.
