Men's Volleyball Bested by Nationally Ranked Chargers

MORRISTOWN, N.J. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's men's volleyball team (5-13, 0-7 NEAC) fell to nationally ranked Lancaster Bible College, 3-1 (9-25, 14-25, 25-19, 25-) on Friday evening.

After dropping the first two sets, the Eagles stormed back in the third set, winning five of seven points to take a 10-7 lead.  Leading 15-14, the Eagles rolled off six of the next eight points to take a 21-16 advantage.  On match point, Justin Millan put away the kill, giving the Eagles the 25-19 set win.

After back and forth action in set four, the Eagles won two straight points to tie the match at 13.  Despite the tie, the Chargers took the next five points to open an 18-13 lead.  CSE would win two more points before the ninth ranked Chargers took the set, 25-15 and won the match, 3-1.

CJ Koskulitz led the Eagles with seven kills, four digs, and two service aces.  Frank Rossi Jr. added 14 assists while Chino Singalivo added six digs and block.

The Eagles return to action on Saturday for its home finale when it hosts Wilson College at 2 pm.
