WILLIAMSPORT, P.A. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's women's volleyball team (6-9, 2-3 NEAC) rolled to a two-game sweep at Penn College, defeating the Wildcats, 3-2 and Cheyney University, 3-0.
In the opening match of the day, the Eagles defeated host Penn College, 3-2 (23-25, 25-21, 25-8, 18-25, 15-10) to earn its second conference win of the season.
Charelle Charles powered the Eagles in the match, finishing with nine digs, eight kills and eight blocks.
Yasmin'na Muhammad added 12 kills and two service aces while
Maura Farley finished with 15 digs and 11 assists.
In the second match, the Eagles rolled past Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, 3-0 (25-12, 25-9, 25-16).
Farley had another stellar match, finishing with 17 assists and 11 digs.
Stephanie Mitarotonda added six service aces and five kills.
CSE returns to action on Thursday when it hosts CCNY at 7:00 PM.
