WASHINGTON, D.C. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's softball team (12-8, 6-0 NEAC) rolled to its sixth straight win by sweeping a doubleheader from Gallaudet University, 9-0 and 10-7 on Saturday afternoon.

Alyssa Hampton improved to 6-2 on the mound, pitching a six inning complete game for her first shutout of the season.  Carr and Demarest each finished with two hits while Unger had a hit and two walks.

After the Eagles tacked on two additional runs, VonHorn roped a two-run triple to right giving the Eagles a 10-4 lead in the top of the seventh.  Gallaudet managed to score three runs over the final two innings, but could not comeback as the Eagles held on for a 10-7 win.
