Morristown, N.J. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's men's soccer team (0-2, 0-0 NEAC) fell in a non-conference matchup to Emory and Henry, 5-0 on Friday afternoon.
The Wasps from Emory and Henry connected for the first goal of the game at the 32:57 mark, a header off a free kick by Joel Tidman. CSE locked down on defense over the nxt 25 minutes, holding the Wasps scoreless as Jason Pineda saved six shots in net in the half. Despite the solid defense, the Wasps added two late goals to take a 3-0 lead into halftime.
The Wasps scored two quick goals to begin the second half, opening up a 5-0 lead. CSE's offense managed three shots in the second half, but were unable to convert as the Wasps took the game, 5-0.
Marc-Daves Pierre-Louis had two shots for the Eagles while Pineda finished with 10 saves in net.
The Eagles return to action on September 16 when it hosts King's N.Y at 2pm.e shots in the second half
