Scranton, Pa. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's women's volleyball team (0-4, 0-0 NEAC) dropped a pair of matches to Mount Aloysius and Wells College on the final day of the Scranton Invitational.
In the first match, the Eagles fell to Mount Aloysius, 3-0 (18-25, 14-25, 15-25).
Maura Farley finished with team highs of ten kills, ten assists, and eight digs. Rhonyelle Sowell added a game high two blocks at the net for CSE.
In the second match, CSE was upended by the Express of Wells, 3-0 (25-27, 12-25, 17-25).
Christy Marte paced the Eagles in the second match, finishing with nine digs, nine assists, and five kills.
Stephanie Mitarotonda added seven digs and four kills.
Stephanie Mitarotonda was named to the All-Tournament Team after finishing the four matches with 22 digs, ten assists, nine kills, and five service aces.
The Eagles return to action on Thursday when it hosts Bryn Athyn at 7 pm.
