Lancaster, Pa. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's women's volleyball team (2-7, 1-1 NEAC) fell in a pair of matches at Lancaster Bible, 3-1 to the Chargers and 3-1 to Saint Mary's College of Maryland.
In the second conference match of the season, the Eagles fell to Lancaster Bible 3-1 (23-25, 25-20, 7-25, 19-25).
Christy Marte led the Eagles with ten digs, five kills, and seven assists.
Jessica Garreffa added ten digs and four service aces while
Maura Farley had 16 assists.
In the second match against Saint Mary's College of Maryland, CSE fell in the match 3-1 (11-25, 25-15, 13-25, 16-25).
Stephanie Mitarotonda paced the Eagles in the second match, finishing with nine kills, five digs, and three blocks. Marte added ten assists and seven kills.
CSE returns to action on Friday when it hosts the Bison from Gallaudet University at 7 pm.
