Aurora, N.Y. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's men's basketball team (7-16, 6-13 NEAC) was edged in a NEAC cross divisional matchup, 81-72 to the Wells College Express on Friday night.
Cameron Tucker led the Eagles with 19 points including four three-pointers. 
Marlon Hart added 18 points and five rebounds while 
Roland Romano chipped in with eight points and ten rebounds.
After falling behind 23-9 midway through the first half, the Eagles used a 12-0 run to get back within two. The Express would re-up the lead to nine before the Eagles ended the half on a 8-3 run to get within 39-35 at the break.
With 15:31 remaining in the second half, Tucker buried a three-pointer to give the Eagles its first lead of the game at 47-46. The Eagles would open as much as a seven point lead before Wells came back and tied the score at 58 with 11 minutes remaining. The Eagles lead for the next three minutes before Wells regained a one point lead with eight minutes to play. Over the final eight minutes, the Eagles would hang tough, but could not recapture the lead before falling by nine.
