Morristown, N.J. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's lacrosse team (1-8, 0-4 NEAC) fell in their home opener to Purchase College, 20-3 on Wedensday afternoon.

Kassandra Ortiz scored the Eagles only goal of the first half at the 2:57 mark, her tenth goal of the season. In the second half, Kiana Cunningham added her fourth goal of the year at the 21:33 mark. With 7:36 remaining in the game, Nicole Morera netted her sixth goal of the season. Maria Trujillo finished with eight saves in net for CSE.

The Eagles return to action mon Saturday when they host Lancaster Bible at 1 pm.
