Bronxville, N.Y. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's men's basketball team (2-5, 1-2) was bested in an out-of-conference matchup to Sarah Lawrence College, 77-54 on Tuesday evening.

Jason Saldiveri paced the Eagles with 13 points and three rebounds while Roland Romano added eight points and eight rebounds.

After the Eagles led 12-9 early in the first half, Sarah Lawrence used a 14-2 run to open up a 23-12 lead with nine minutes remaining until the break. CSE clawed their way to within six, however the Griffins ended the half on an 8-2 run to take a 15 point lead into halftime.

In the second half, the closest the Eagles got was to within 15, before the Griffins took the game by 23.

The Eagles return to action on Friday when it hosts the Pratt Institute at 6 pm.
