MORRISTOWN, N.J. (March 11, 2026) – The Saint Elizabeth University men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Lancaster Bible on Wednesday evening at St. Joseph's Hall, falling by set scores of 25-19, 25-12, and 25-10.
The Eagles battled early in the opening set, keeping pace with the Chargers through multiple ties before Lancaster Bible pulled away late for the 25-19 win. Saint Elizabeth recorded its most efficient offensive frame of the night in the first set, hitting .238 as a team.
Saint Elizabeth was led offensively by Kennedy Ibezim, who finished with a team-high six kills and eight points, while Carlos Saldana added two kills, two service aces, and 15 digs. Ih'Jamir Williams contributed three kills, and Enock Joachim chipped in two kills while helping in serve receive.
At setter, Randel Romero dished out 12 assists, while libero Kyzier Kelly anchored the back row with steady defensive play and team-leading work in reception.
Defensively, the Eagles totaled 8.0 team blocks, highlighted by solid front-row play throughout the match. Saint Elizabeth also posted 24 digs in the contest.
Lancaster Bible was paced by a balanced attack, finishing with 40 kills and a .301 hitting percentage, while recording 12 service aces in the straight-set victory.
