MORRISTOWN, N.J. – The Saint Elizabeth University men's basketball team dropped a 79-68 decision to Pratt at Saint Joseph Gym.

The Eagles battled in a competitive first half before Pratt used a strong offensive stretch in the second half to gain separation. Saint Elizabeth continued to attack offensively but was unable to close the gap in the final minutes.

Johnathan Quiles led the Eagles with 25 points, consistently attacking the rim and knocking down perimeter shots. Alex Lorenzo added 10 points, while Joe Mazzola contributed eight points and eight rebounds, providing stability inside, Mazzola would also hit his 1,000th career point during the contest.

Saint Elizabeth showed depth throughout the contest and competed on the glass, but Pratt's late shooting surge proved decisive.
