Morristown, NJ- The Saint Elizabeth University Women's Soccer team welcomed York College to town on Saturday, September 27th.
Match/Scoring Breakdown
- The game was all Eagles, as the team would command the ball and possession throughout most of the match. The team would tally 28 shots including 20 in the first half.
- Chelsea Sarmiento would score the first two goals for the Eagles in under 10 minutes. Sarmiento's first goal would come halfway through the 5th minute, she would follow that goal shortly after as she would score late into the 8th minute.
- Mileyshka Delgado would cap off the scoring in the first half as she would score her first goal of the season late into the 16th minute.
- Sarmiento would cap off the scoring in the game, by scoring the only goal in the second half, which would be her hat trick goal in the 50th minute of the game.
- The Eagles would not allow York to take a single shot in the second half.
