St. Elizabeth Falls on the Road at Lancaster Bible, 63–48

Lancaster, Pa. – The St. Elizabeth University women's basketball team dropped a 63–48 decision at Lancaster Bible on Monday evening inside the Horst Athletic Center.

St. Elizabeth played Lancaster Bible evenly through the opening 10 minutes, finishing the first quarter trailing 10–9 after a defensive battle on both ends. The Chargers, however, used a decisive second quarter to take control. LBC outscored SEU 20–9 in the period, knocking down four three-pointers to build a 30–18 halftime advantage.

The Eagles responded with their strongest offensive frame in the third quarter, posting 16 points behind increased paint touches and second-chance opportunities. Despite SEU's improved rhythm, the Chargers continued to convert timely baskets to maintain a double-digit lead heading into the fourth.

Elyssa Russo paced the Eagles with 15 points, adding five rebounds and two assists. Ahjionae Cobb delivered a balanced performance with 13 points, seven rebounds, and four assists while going 3-of-4 from the free-throw line. Nacheca Joseph provided a spark off the bench with four points in 11 minutes, and Mileyshka Delgado connected from long range to help fuel the Eagles in the second quarter.

SEU finished the night shooting 19-of-64 from the field and 5-of-22 from beyond the arc, while totaling 35 rebounds and receiving 14 bench points. The Eagles generated 20 points in the paint and forced 10 LBC turnovers but were unable to overcome the Chargers' efficient perimeter shooting and 43–35 advantage on the boards.
