New York, NY.- The Saint Elizabeth Women's Volleyball team fell to UMass Boston in the first round of the Hunter College NYC Tournament on Friday, November 22nd, by a final of 84-55.
Following the loss, the Eagles will fall to 2-3 on the regular season. As for UMass Boston, this was the Beacons first win of the 2024 season, as they improve to 1-3 on the season.
Yasminah White would lead the Eagles in points scoring 15 on the night for the Eagles, to go along with five assists, three rebounds, and three steals on the night.
Ashley Phillip would tally 12 points for the Eagles, while also picking up three rebounds, three steals, and two assists.
Ahjionae Cobb would tally nine points for the Eagles, to go along with five rebounds, three assists, one block, and one steal.
Mya Davis wold tally eight points for the Eagles, Davis would also pick up four rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Aaliyah Folarin,

Paige Neal, &
Amaya Carruthers, would combine for 11 points, 14 rebounds, four steals, and one assists.
