La Plume, Pa.- The Saint Elizabeth Women's Volleyball team's season came to an end on Wednesday, November 6th in a four set match vs. Keystone College, falling 3-1.
With the win, the Giants improve their record to 20-6 on the season. The Eagles, following the loss, finish the season with a 11-14 record overall.
The Giants would win the first set holding the Eagles to under 20 points, taking the first set 25-16. The Eagles would go on to take the second set after having a massive 16-6 run, to come from behind and take set two by a final of 25-20. The Giants would go on to take the final two sets by scores of 25-16 & 25-18.
Sienna Volpe would lead the Eagles in points tallying 9.5 points on the night for the game with eight kills, one service ace, and one block assist.
Marissa Heimbaugh would tally eight points for the Eagles on the night, as she would pick up five kills & three block assists.
Dadlyna Louis would finish with six points off of four kills and four block assists. Onye Bosco would finish with 5.5 points on the night with five kills and one block assists on the night.
Sophie Galchus finished with five points for the Eagles, tallying three kills and four block assists.
Stephanie Jaramillo would tally four points off four kills for the Eagles.
Kristina Ashton was able to pick up three points on the night for the Eagles, as she would tally three service aces, to go along with 13 assists on the night.
Ericka Menaling Trajano would pick up two points on two service aces, while she also reached double digits in assists picking up 11 on the night.
Alyssa Wells would round out the scoring for the Eagles picking up one point off of one kill, while leading the team in digs with 15 on the night.
