Morristown, NJ- The Saint Elizabeth Women's Volleyball team feel in five sets to Penn State Berks on Tuesday, October 15th, falling 3-2.
With the win, the Lions now improve to 5-11 overall on the season, with a 2-3 conference record. The Eagles drop to 7-11 overall on the season overall, while falling to 1-4 in conference play.
The Eagles would win the first two sets from the Lions winning by a final of 25-17 in the first set, and 25-20 in the second set. The Lions would storm back and take the final three sets, winning a competitive third set by a final of 25-23, winning set four 25-18, and taking the deciding set five 15-8.
Dadlyna Louis, would lead the team in points, picking up a double-double, with 14 points off of 12 kills, a solo block, and a service ace.
Marissa Heimbaugh, would pick up a triple double for the Eagles, tallying 12 points off 10 kills, two service aces, and picking up 10 digs on defense.
Sienna Volpe would round out the double digit point totals for the Eagles, with a double-double of her own, tallying 10 points off of 10 kills.
Taylor Liriano would tally 7.5 points for the Eagles, with five kills, two service aces, and a block assist, while also picking up 13 digs on the night. Onye Bosco tallied seven points for the Eagles, off five kills, two block assists, and a solo block.
Stephanie Jaramillo was able to pick up 4.5 points for the Eagles, as she would tally four kills and a block assist.
Kristina Ashton would tally two points for the Eagles, and also pick up a double-double, as she would tally 23 assists on the night, to go along with 15 digs, one kill, and one service ace.
Ericka Menaling Trajano, would also pick up two points for the Eagles off of two service aces. rounding out the scoring for the Eagles, would be
Alyssa Wells, who would tally one point off of a service ace.

The Eagles will return to action on Saturday, October 19th, as they will head to Abington, PA, to face Penn State Abington, with game time scheduled for 1PM.
