The Saint Elizabeth University Eagles traveled to Bryn Athyn College to take on the Lions for the second time this year; this time counting towards the conference record.
There were 27 ties and 14 lead changes behind the offensive games of Onyé Bosco (11 kills for 11.5 point total), Stephanie Jaramillo (10 kills for 10.5 point total) and Sienna Volpe (9 kills for 11.0 point total). Kristina Ashton notched another 30 assists for the match and Sharline Pina had an impressive 26 digs on the day.
In the end service errors and the serve/receive game, particularly in set number four, proved to be the difference between victory and defeat. The loss puts the Eagles at 3-1 for the conference. The Eagles will travel to Cairn on Tuesday, October 17th for their next opportunity at a conference win.
