Clarks Summit, Pa. – The College of Saint Elizabeth women's basketball team got 21 points from senior guard
Rakiyah Sellers (Newark, N.J./Newark Arts), but could not keep pace with hot-shooting Clarks Summit, and fell 74-58 in a Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup on the road Saturday evening.
The Eagles (9-4, 6-1 CSAC) fell behind early, after Clarks Summit (9-4, 5-2 CSAC) made five of its first six three pointers to open the game. The Defenders held a 21-6 lead following the opening frame, and did not allow Saint Elizabeth to cut the lead to single digits for the remainder of the contest.

Kamille Jacobs (Hillside, N.J./Roselle Catholic) racked up 17 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two steals. Junior forward
Kamani Williams (Middletown, N.J./Middletown North) finished with eight points and nine rebounds.
The Eagles travel to Cedar Crest for a CSAC matchup on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 7 p.m.
