Wilkes-Barre, P.A.. – The College of Saint Elizabeth lost in straight sets to the Monarchs of King's College with scores of 20-25, 12-25, and 11-25. Their record now sits at 4-4 on the year.
Despite the 3-0 loss, the Eagles had a few strong efforts. Junior Maura Farley (Iselin, N.J.) had eight kills, 10 assists, and 10 digs. Senior Diane Cuevas (Newark, N.J.) has nine digs, seven assists, and two aces. Senior Stephanie Mitarotonda (East Rutherford, N.J.) contributed five kills and eight digs.
The Eagles will be home for their next match against Ramapo on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m.
