Morristown, N.J. – The College of Saint Elizabeth's men's soccer team (1-6, 0-3 NEAC) was bested in a conference game to Gallaudet University, 8-1 on Friday afternoon.
With 25 minutes remaining in the first half, Brian Espanto put home the first goal of the game, giving Gallaudet a 1-0 lead. The Bison added two more late goals in the half to take a 3-0 lead into the break.
In the second half, the Bison tacked on their fourth goal of the game ten minutes in. With 25 minutes remaining in the game, Leandro Suarez put home his second goal of the season for the Eagles. CSE was unable to get any closer, dropping the contest 8-1.
CSE returns to action on Sunday when they travel to Wilson College for a 2 pm start.
