Mahwah, N.J. - The College of Saint Elizabeth's women's basketball team (1-1, 0-0 NEAC) fell in the title game of the Roadrunner Tip-Off to Ramapo College, 65-44 on Saturday afternoon.
Deja Ingram had a solid game for the Eagles, finishing with 11 points and 15 rebounds, her first double-double of the season.
Danesha Triplett chipped in with 12 points and five rebounds while
Jasmine Poole had 11 points and six rebounds.
The Roadrunners had a balanced offense as four players finished in double figures. CSE held Ramapo to just 39.2% shooting from the field, but the Roadrunners hit 7 of 14 from behind the arc, compared to just 1-12 for CSE.
The Eagles return to action on Wednesday when they travel to Centenary University for a 1 pm tip.
