Morristown, N.J.- The College of Saint Elizabeth's lacrosse team (0-8, 0-6 NEAC) fell in the home opener, 19-2 to Medaille on Friday afternoon.
In the first half, Medaille got on the board early with 4 goals in the first 3 minutes of the game. CSE would struggle on offense before
Kiana Cunningham put home her 4th goal of the season off an assist from
Kassandra Ortiz. Medaille would end up scoring 8 more goals in the half to take a 12-1 halftime lead.
In the second half, Medaille got on the board quickly again scoring the first 3 goals to take a 15-1 lead.
Riley Hosey would score her second goal of the season off a free position shot at the 55 second mark in the second half. Medaille added 4 more goals and won the game 19-2.
CSE returns to action on Saturday when they host SUNY POLY at 1 pm.
