Union, N.J.- The College of Saint Elizabeth's volleyball team split their finale tri-match at Kean University on Saturday afternoon.
The Eagles dropped the first match to Kean University 3-0 (11-25, 9-25, 12-25).
Nicole Morera finished with a team high 3 kills, 1 service ace, 7 assists, and 15 digs.
Carolina Marte added 10 digs, 1 assists, and 1 block for the Eagles.
In the second match, the Eagles played much better, downing Brooklyn College 3-0 (25-20, 25-14, 25-16). Morera continued to add on to her stellar day, finishing the match with 22 assists, 7 digs, and 3 service aces. Marte added a game high 19 kills while
Kiana Cunningham had 5 service aces, 4 assists, and 7 digs.
CSE finished out the year with a 14-13 record and a 5-7 record in the NEAC. The five conference wins is a four game improvement in conference over last season.
