Morristown, N.J.- The College of Saint Elizabeth's soccer team fought hard on Senior Day, before falling to Gallaudet University, 9-1 on Saturday.
The Bison from Gallaudet got on the board first, scoring a break-away goal 3 minutes into the game to take a 1-0 lead. Valerie Lasko got the Eagles going on offense, scoring her first goal of the season off a beautiful shot with her left foot to cut the deficit to 3-1. The Bison would add another goal before half to take a 4-1 lead into the break.
Gallaudet would start the second half like they started the first, scoring 2 quick goals to open the lead to 6-1. The Bison would add 3 more to win the game 9-1.
The Eagles return to action on Tuesday when they host Penn State Berks at 3:30 P.M.
